Common fixes
App not unlocking after purchase
Open CueNotch → Settings → Restore Purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.
Voice sync not working
Check microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Make sure CueNotch is listed and enabled.
Notch not showing
Make sure you’re on a MacBook with a notch running macOS 14 or later. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+Space to toggle the prompter.
Trial expired but want to test more
Email us and we’ll sort you out. We’re happy to extend trials for serious users.
Purchase not detected automatically
Activation is automatic after App Store purchase detection. If it didn’t unlock, restart the app or tap Restore Purchase in Settings. Still stuck? Email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.
