Common fixes

App not unlocking after purchase

Open CueNotch → Settings → Restore Purchase. If that doesn’t work, paste your license key manually from your confirmation email.

Voice sync not working

Check microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Make sure CueNotch is listed and enabled.

Notch not showing

Make sure you’re on a MacBook with a notch running macOS 13 or later. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+Space to toggle the prompter.

Trial expired but want to test more

Email us and we’ll sort you out. We’re happy to extend trials for serious users.

License key not accepted

Make sure you’re copying the full key from your email (starts with LS-). Check for trailing spaces. If it still fails, email us with your order ID.
