App not unlocking after purchase

Open CueNotch → Settings → Restore Purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.

Voice sync not working

Check microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Make sure CueNotch is listed and enabled.

Notch not showing

Make sure you’re on a MacBook with a notch running macOS 14 or later. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+Space to toggle the prompter.

Trial expired but want to test more

Email us and we’ll sort you out. We’re happy to extend trials for serious users.

Purchase or subscription not detected automatically

Pro activation is automatic after App Store verification. If it did not unlock, restart the app or tap Restore Purchase in Settings. Still stuck? Email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.

CueNotch Pro is available in the U.S. App Store as a $7.99 auto-renewable weekly subscription or a $29.99 one-time lifetime purchase. Local App Store pricing may vary. Weekly subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through your Apple Account subscription settings; cancellation prevents the next renewal. Apple handles payments and refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com. The complimentary 3-day Pro trial is separate and does not auto-renew.
