Common fixes
App not unlocking after purchase
Open CueNotch → Settings → Restore Purchase. If that doesn’t work, paste your license key manually from your confirmation email.
Voice sync not working
Check microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Make sure CueNotch is listed and enabled.
Notch not showing
Make sure you’re on a MacBook with a notch running macOS 14 or later. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+Space to toggle the prompter.
Trial expired but want to test more
Email us and we’ll sort you out. We’re happy to extend trials for serious users.
License key not accepted
License activation is automatic after purchase — CueNotch detects it within seconds. If it didn’t activate, restart the app or tap Restore Purchase in Settings. Still stuck? Email us with your order ID.
Refund Policy
CueNotch is a one-time $29 lifetime purchase. Because you get a 3-day free trial to test everything before buying, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
