Common fixes
- App not unlocking after purchase
- Open CueNotch → Settings → Restore Purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.
- Voice sync not working
- Check microphone permissions in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone. Make sure CueNotch is listed and enabled.
- Notch not showing
- Make sure you’re on a MacBook with a notch running macOS 14 or later. Try pressing Cmd+Shift+Space to toggle the prompter.
- Trial expired but want to test more
- Email us and we’ll sort you out. We’re happy to extend trials for serious users.
- Purchase or subscription not detected automatically
- Pro activation is automatic after App Store verification. If it did not unlock, restart the app or tap Restore Purchase in Settings. Still stuck? Email us with your App Store order receipt or Apple order ID.
Known issues
Fix in progressScript dims when there are several blank lines between paragraphs
The prompter softens the top of its reading area so the line you are speaking stays the brightest thing in the notch. Blank lines take up that space too, so leaving more than one empty line between paragraphs pushes the next real line up into the soft band — and it arrives looking faded. The more blank lines, the dimmer it looks.
For now: keep to a single blank line between paragraphs. The text is not lost, and nothing about your script is broken — it is only harder to read on approach.
We are changing how that fade is measured so blank lines no longer count against it. It will ship in an upcoming update.
Billing and refunds
- Price
- $29.99 once for lifetime Pro, or $7.99 per week. Local App Store pricing may vary.
- Free trial
- The 3-day Pro trial is separate from either plan and does not auto-renew. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- Cancelling
- Manage or cancel the weekly plan in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current week runs to its end.
- Refunds
- Apple handles all payments and refunds, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
