1. License
CueNotch grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control, subject to the App Store rules for your Apple ID. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass product limits.
2. Payment
CueNotch Pro is sold through Apple's App Store as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment, receipts, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple. If you experience issues, contact us at founderaivora@gmail.com and we will make it right.
3. Trial
The free trial gives you full Pro access for 3 days and does not require credit card details inside CueNotch. Trial eligibility is device-scoped, so each device may receive one free trial even if different accounts are used. After the trial, CueNotch continues with limited free features unless you upgrade to Pro.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use CueNotch for any illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing purpose. You may not attempt to exploit free trials, daily activations, Pro-only features, or payment systems.
5. Disclaimers
CueNotch is provided as-is. Live captions, rehearsal feedback, memorization tools, AI rewriting, speech recognition, and delivery suggestions are assistive features and may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing your scripts and how you use the app.
6. Account deletion
You may delete your account from CueNotch Settings. Account deletion removes account-linked server records and signs you out, but device-scoped trial history may be retained to prevent repeated trial abuse.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
