CueNotch आपको आपके own/control वाले Macs पर app use करने की personal, non-transferable license देता है, App Store rules के अधीन. आप इसे resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer या product limits bypass नहीं कर सकते.

CueNotch Pro Apple App Store पर CueNotch Pro Weekly auto-renewable weekly subscription या CueNotch Pro Lifetime one-time purchase के रूप में उपलब्ध है. Confirm करने से पहले Apple local currency में price दिखाता है और payments, receipts, renewals, refunds तथा purchase restoration process करता है.

CueNotch Pro Weekly हर सप्ताह automatically renew होता है, जब तक आप Apple Account subscription settings में cancel नहीं करते. Cancellation अगला renewal रोकता है और paid period के अंत तक Pro access सामान्यतः जारी रहता है.

अगर Apple subscription expired, revoked या renew न होने की सूचना देता है, Weekly Pro access समाप्त होगा और account applicable free plan पर लौटेगा. CueNotch सीधे payment method charge नहीं करता और Apple billing system control नहीं करता.

CueNotch Pro Lifetime one-time purchase है जो Apple transaction successfully verify होने पर included Pro features का continued access देता है. Existing Lifetime customers अपना access रखते हैं.

CueNotch का complimentary three-day Pro trial Apple Weekly subscription से अलग है. यह automatically renew या charge नहीं करता. Trial के बाद free plan जारी रखें या Weekly Pro अथवा Lifetime Pro चुनें.

Weekly Pro और Lifetime Pro समान Pro features unlock करते हैं. Overlapping purchases से बचने के लिए weekly renewal cancel करके paid period समाप्त होने के बाद Lifetime Pro खरीदें.

Weekly subscription Apple subscription settings से manage या cancel करें. Refund requests Apple reportaproblem.apple.com पर handle करता है.

CueNotch का illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive या rights-infringing use allowed नहीं है. Free trials, activations या Pro features exploit करना allowed नहीं है.

CueNotch as-is provided है. Live captions, AI rewriting, rehearsal feedback और memorization tools assistive हैं और हमेशा perfect नहीं हो सकते.

आप Settings से account delete कर सकते हैं या founderaivora@gmail.com पर email कर सकते हैं. Trial abuse रोकने के लिए device-scoped trial history रखी जा सकती है.

हम इन terms को update कर सकते हैं. App का continued use updated terms acceptance माना जाएगा.
