1. License
CueNotch आपको आपके own/control वाले Macs पर app use करने की personal, non-transferable license देता है, App Store rules के अधीन. आप इसे resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer या product limits bypass नहीं कर सकते.
2. Payment
CueNotch Pro Apple App Store के through one-time lifetime purchase के रूप में sold होता है. Payments, receipts, refunds और purchase restoration Apple handle करता है.
3. Free trial
Free trial 3 days तक full Pro access देता है और CueNotch में credit card details नहीं मांगता. Trial eligibility device-scoped है, इसलिए हर device को एक ही free trial मिलता है.
4. Acceptable use
CueNotch का illegal, deceptive, harmful, abusive या rights-infringing use allowed नहीं है. Free trials, activations या Pro features exploit करना allowed नहीं है.
5. Disclaimers
CueNotch as-is provided है. Live captions, AI rewriting, rehearsal feedback और memorization tools assistive हैं और हमेशा perfect नहीं हो सकते.
6. Account deletion
आप Settings से account delete कर सकते हैं या founderaivora@gmail.com पर email कर सकते हैं. Trial abuse रोकने के लिए device-scoped trial history रखी जा सकती है.
7. Changes
हम इन terms को update कर सकते हैं. App का continued use updated terms acceptance माना जाएगा.
