CueNotch privacy-first तरीके से बनाया गया है। आपकी scripts, rehearsal content, captions और camera/audio signals केवल उन्हीं features के लिए इस्तेमाल होते हैं जिन्हें आप चालू करते हैं।
हम क्या collect करते हैं
Sign in के लिए email address और account identifier.
License checks, free-trial eligibility और free-tier limits के लिए device identifier.
License, trial, purchase और daily activation status ताकि सही feature set unlock हो सके.
अगर आप onboarding में सेट करते हैं तो calibrated speaking speed.
Scripts, folders, memorization progress और app settings आपके Mac पर locally stored रहते हैं.
हम क्या collect नहीं करते
हम CueNotch sessions का microphone, camera या system audio record/store नहीं करते.
हम आपकी scripts, folders, memorization notes या rehearsal content CueNotch servers पर upload नहीं करते.
हम आपका data sell नहीं करते और advertising trackers use नहीं करते.
Local app features
Voice scrolling microphone केवल prompter चलने पर use करता है. AutoCaption system audio केवल आपके चालू करने पर capture करता है और Mac पर उपलब्ध Apple speech recognition का उपयोग करता है. Rehearsal Coach camera केवल rehearsal के दौरान posture, framing और cadence estimate करने के लिए use करता है.
Magic Polish और Apple Intelligence
Apple Intelligence available होने पर Magic Polish on-device rewriting use करता है. Unsupported Macs पर local fallback use होता है. CueNotch Magic Polish के लिए आपकी script text अपने servers पर नहीं भेजता.
Third-party services
Convex account, license, trial, activation और deletion status चलाने के लिए जरूरी data store करता है.
Apple Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, Apple Intelligence, Speech Recognition और system frameworks को अपनी privacy terms के तहत handle करता है.
Data deletion
आप CueNotch Settings से account delete कर सकते हैं या founderaivora@gmail.com पर email कर सकते हैं. Repeated free-trial abuse रोकने के लिए device-scoped trial history रखी जा सकती है.
